When we first saw this pool, we were immediately reminded of Miami Vice: vintage 1980's. Working with the homeowners, we were able to update the apperance of their backyard pool to match the beautiful landscaping. We started by removing the plaster, tile and coping. We replaced the coping with a Quartzite stone, which we carried through the spa and the raised bond beam (raised area above the pool). All the areas that once displayed blue tile now showcase the natural look of stone.
